  As a first time homebuyer, I feel so grateful to have worked with Hilda and her team! My partner and I were originally looking for a home in Napa and we wanted a local lender. We connected with her before our realtor who was equally as thrilled that we had chosen to work with Hilda. After a couple of months, we pivoted our home search the Pleasant Hill and being new to the loan process, I thought we’d have to change lenders since we were no longer looking in Napa but was ecstatic that we could still work with Team Hensley.

When paperwork needed to be turn in ASAP he would come in on his days off to pick up papers from me and scan them to where they needed to go. Even after I closed on my house he was there to support me when I had questions. He has always been available and followed through with everything as well as keeping me updated during the process. Buying a house is very exciting and stressful and John made the process a little less stressful.
